“I had a very slight slip-up on a weekend, which I then felt terrible about,” she revealed in the clip.
However, Rebel also told fans to not let minor setbacks discourage them.
“So if you’re on this and you do have a slight slip-up, don’t worry. The next day, just get back on it and back on it now because I’ve got three more weeks left of the challenge and I can do it,” she added.
