Twilight Movies to Hit Theaters Again This Fall

It’s been 20 years since Stephenie Meyer’s first Twilight book hit the shelves, and the story that sparked a worldwide obsession is ready to shine again.

In honor of the Twilight saga anniversary, all five films are making their way back to theaters this fall for a limited run. For longtime fans, this is a chance to relive the love triangle, small-town drama, and unforgettable supernatural showdowns on the big screen.

The celebration will unfold over five nights, with the Twilight movies’ return to theaters on October 29, 2025. Each film will get its own evening:

  • Twilight kicks things off,

  • followed by New Moon

  • Eclipse

  • Breaking Dawn – Part 1

  • and Breaking Dawn – Part 2

The re-release will run through November 2 at major theater chains, with tickets available through most of the usual outlets.

For fans, the chance to see the saga again in order, surrounded by a theater full of other Twilight enthusiasts, will feel like stepping back into the peak of the franchise’s popularity.

Why 2025 Is the Perfect Year

This year marks Twilight’s 20th anniversary, celebrating the 2005 release of Meyer’s original novel that introduced Bella Swan, Edward Cullen, and Jacob Black to the world.

What started as a love story set in the misty forests of Washington quickly became a cultural phenomenon, launching blockbuster films, bestselling soundtracks, and a fandom that still holds strong today.

The Twilight saga re-release taps into both nostalgia and renewed interest. Even years later, the themes of first love, loyalty, and belonging resonate with new generations discovering the story for the first time.

Extras Beyond the Screenings

The return to theaters isn’t the only way the milestone is being marked.

We can also look forward to special edition book releases, including anniversary versions of Twilight and complete collector’s sets.

Each screening will feature added content as well, including roundtable discussions with Stephenie Meyer and producers who helped shape the films.

There will also be live experiences planned around the country, such as Twilight in Concert, where orchestras will perform the film’s score during screenings. These extras will turn Twilight in theaters in 2025 from a simple rewatch to a full-scale fan event.

What It Means for Fans

For most of us, the saga was more than just a series of films. It was all about the midnight book releases, heated debates over Team Edward or Team Jacob, and friendships built on shared fandom.

Seeing the films in theaters all over again offers a chance to revisit those moments, whether you were there for the original premieres or discovered the series later through streaming.

The Twilight saga anniversary month is a reminder of how much the story still matters. It shows that, even after two decades, the pull of Forks, Washington, and its cast of characters never faded.

A Fall Celebration Worth Marking on Our Calendars

Five movies, five nights, and twenty years of history will all come together this fall. The Twilight movies’ return to theaters is part of a cultural milestone, giving us the chance to reconnect with the saga that shaped an entire era of pop culture.

Let’s grab our tickets, call up our old movie buddies, and prepare for a return to the rainy forests, high school hallways, and eternal promises that made the series so unforgettable. Indeed, the Twilight saga anniversary is here, and Edward is about to sparkle all over again.
