Snyder was arrested on Monday, May 12, as part of a prostitution ring sting operation in Columbus, Ohio.According to Columbus police, the Police and Community Together unit conducted an undercover operation to try and reduce prostitution in the city.
On May 9, a man responded to an ad via texts and phone calls, then set up a meeting at a hotel. Not long after, Snyder arrived at the hotel and paid cash to the undercover officers in exchange of sexual acts.
Uniformed officers arrested Snyder on site for "engaging in prostitution" in the hotel. He has since been released from custody, but is scheduled to appear in court on May 19th.
